Ingredients

    2 1/2 Cups of Oats
    6 Egg whites
    1/2 cup unsweetend applesauce
    4 scoops Low Carb Whey Protein
    2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/8 cup cranberries
    1/8 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup mashed banana


Tips

Let cool and store in individual ziploc bags.


Directions

Spray a 6 giant muffin tin tray with PAM. Fill each tin.
Bake at 350F fo 35 minutes.
