Yummy, soft, fluffy bread perfect for sandwiches. Yummy, soft, fluffy bread perfect for sandwiches.

    1 cup 110 F degree water
    1 package yeast
    2 good squeezes of honey
    2 cups bread flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 coconut oil
    1 tsp salt


Sure fire way to determine if bread is cooked through, take internal temperature. Should be 190-200 degree F if done.


Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add honey and let sit for 10 minutes so yeast can fizz up. Add mix to bread machine. Add flours, salt, and oil. Set to dough setting (unless you use machine to cook-wheat bread setting). Once dough is done, place in greased bread pan, let rise approx 30 minutes longer. Place in 350 F oven and cook for approx 35 minutes.
