    -Low Sodium Black Beans 15oz can
    -Low Sodium Pinto Beans 15oz can
    -No Salt crushed tomatos 14.5oz can
    -Chile powder
    -Pepper(to taste)
    -Salt(to taste)
    -1 medium onion
    -4 cloves garlic


Saute Onions and garlic in olive oil, add all other ingredients put over medium heat and simmer for 15-20min

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2-cup servings
