Introduction

A family favorite that everyone loves--even those that don't like pineapple! They never know it's in there. It's requested by everyone we know and we can't keep it in the house. A family favorite that everyone loves--even those that don't like pineapple! They never know it's in there. It's requested by everyone we know and we can't keep it in the house.

Ingredients

    3 small boxes of raspberry jell-o
    1 large can of crushed pineapple
    1 can of jellied cranberry sauce
    2 cup of boiling water
    1 cup of diet 7up
    8 oz of fat free cream cheese
    8 oz of fat free whipped topping




Directions

Put in blender I can of cranberry sauce with 1 large can of crushed pineapple and blend. Dissolve 3 small packages of jell-p in 2 cups of boiling water and to to blended mix. Add ginger ale or 7-up and mix together. Pour in a 9 x 13 pan to set over night. Before serving, mix together one softened brick of fat free cream cheese with 1 container of fat free cool whip and spread over the top of the jello. Cut into 24 squares and serve.


Serving Size: Makes 24 2 1/4 inch pieces
