Ingredients

    1/2 cup Light Miracle Whip
    1/2 Cup Plain Fat free yogurt
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 Tbsp Low fat sour cream
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 - 1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flake (or more to taste)
    1 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Directions

Mix together miracle whip, sour cream, yogurt and spices. Stir in milk. Chill atleast 3 hours. Wrning flavor intensifies as it sits. Let stand at least an hour before adding more red pepper!

    Incredible!
    My family enjoyed this. It really does get hotter as the flavors blend. I used a vanilla yogurt as the store was out of plain and that gave it an interesting sweet twist. I made it for black bean tacos and have been eating it with baked tortilla chips, too. Thanks for the great recipe! - 8/31/10
