Introduction

Quick and easy Chicken meal to serve on it's own or with rice. Quick and easy Chicken meal to serve on it's own or with rice.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Boneless, skinless chicken legs
    2 Italian Squash
    2 large carrots
    2 potatoes
    2 T. Lawry's Season All

Directions

Heat lidded skillet on low/medium heat.
Season Chicken and add to skillet, cover, and turn as needed until almost cooked through.

Slice squash, carrots, and potatoes and add over chicken in skillet and replace lid. Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked and veggies are steamed through.

Serve.
