Ingredients

2 T. butter
1 med onion, diced
1 lb. ground venison
1 T. curry powder
1.5 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups chopped tomato (or 14 oz. can of diced tomato)
2 med potatoes, diced 1/2 inch cubes
2 cups frozen peas
Directions
In a large, deep skillet, saute onion in butter and then add venison. Brown meat thoroughly.
Add curry powder, salt, pepper, garlic, diced tomatoes, and potatoes. Mix together. Let simmer for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender/firm.
Add frozen peas. Heat through.
Serve over rice.
Serving Size: Makes approx 6 1-cup servings
