    2 cups lentils
    3 cups chopped collards
    1 quart to 6 cups low sodium vegetable broth
    1 smoked turkey leg


I make it thick and freeze each serving in a plastic tub. When time to eat, I add a little water to thin it out while heating.


chop the collard greens and put everything in a crockpot for 6 hours. enjoy!
