Introduction

I love this because it's super quick and easy and makes a cool meal in summertime. I love this because it's super quick and easy and makes a cool meal in summertime.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can (12 oz) corn
    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 large bell pepper (any color)
    1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
    1/2 cup salsa of your choice

Tips

You can top with anything you like, I like to add some sliced avocado and cilantro leaves.


Directions

Combine all together.
Serve as is or chill first.

Serving Size: Makes 6 one-cup servings.
