Ingredients

    2T reduced fat margarine
    1 teaspoon dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspon grated lemon peel
    1/2 teaspoon reduced sodium worcestershire sauce
    1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
    4 tilapia fillets of 4 oz. each
    1.5 teaspoons paprika
    non stick cooking spray for grill
    1/2 medium lemon or juice to sprinkle on
    2 tablespoons parsley

Tips

I use a george foreman closed grill at almost a 3 setting. could use a bbq with a fish basket. Diabetic count of 3 meat exchanges.


Directions

Prepare grill
Combine from margarine to pepper in bowl and set aside.
sprinkle paprika on fish both sides and place on hot grill coated with cooking spray so it wont stick.
Grill, covered for 6 minutes.
transfer to platter when fish flakes with fork.
spread butter mustard mixture on each fillet and sprinkle wiith parsley.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings of 4 oz fillet each
