Introduction

Great vegeetable dish for Vegetarians and vegans as well as meat eaters. Tastes great just nas it is. Great vegeetable dish for Vegetarians and vegans as well as meat eaters. Tastes great just nas it is.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups Kale, chopped
    1 tbs olive oil
    1/2 cuup onions chopped
    1 cup mushrooms sliced
    1/2 cup Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp Hoisin sauce
    1 tbs Flax Seed
    1 oz Roasted Almonds broken into pieces
    1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar







Directions

Saute Onions, mushrooms and sweet peppers in olive oil until onions are semi soft., Add Kale, cover and cook on low heart for 5 minutes. Add beans. Hoisinn sauce, Flax seed and Balsamic Vinegar. Stir to coat. Let heat for 1 minute. Serve with almonds sprinkled on top.

Serving Size: 1 serving as main meal or 3-4 servings as a side
