Introduction

this is the easiest recipe that I just throw together and all the family comes running when its ready! this is the easiest recipe that I just throw together and all the family comes running when its ready!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1lb.beef cubed
    16 C water
    8 beef bouillon cubes
    7 potatoes cubed
    2 C Celery chopped up
    1 C Onions choped up
    2 C Carrots chopped up
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper (more optional)
    1 Quart Stewed Tomatoes

Tips

I myself love the chunks of tomato, but have to blend for the rest of the family...I take a quart out for my husband who cannot have cooked tomatoes, which is just as tasty!


Directions

Place all ingredients in crockpot for 6hrs on high or pot on stove and simmer for 3hrs...it is soooo wonderful!!! I wait to put in the tomato till the last 30 min, I blend the chunks because my family doesn't like it.

Serving Size: Makes 10 2C servings, maybe a little more!
