Ingredients

    1 Cup Skim Milk
    1.5 Cup Cheese ( I used Weight watchers Mexican)
    8 Strips of Morningstar Farms Bacon
    36 oz bag O'Briens onion and pepper potatoes
    3 cups of egg whites
    1 egg
    Season to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crockpot stir cook on low for 12 hours or high for 6-8.
