    1 cup thawed frozen brocolli, carrots & cauliflower blend
    3/4 cup chunky garden style spaghetti sauce
    1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1 tsp Grated parmesan

1. Combine veggies, sauce and seasoning in microwavable bowl. Cover and heat on HIGH 1-1 1/2 minutes or till heated. Stir
