    Unsweatened Almond Milk
    Cup spinach
    Cup Kale
    1/2 teaspoon peanut butter
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1 teaspoon flax seeds
    Banana (purchase green, slice and freeze)

Tips

Banana is purchased green, sliced and frozen, This gives drink a creamy consistency.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a "bullet type" blender and blend.
