Ingredients

1/2 lb cooked ground beef
8 oz fresh cole slaw veggi mix
1 can sliced watercress nuts
1 can beansprouts
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 package eggroll wrappers
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 9 egg rolls
Cook ground beef and set aside.
Chop carrots, cabbage, watercress nuts and place in bowl with bean sprouts.
Mix togeth spices and soy sauce.
Mix all ingredients in one bowl.
Use two tablespoons of filling for each eggroll wrap.
Fold bottom corner over filling, then fold the sides
Brush top corner with water and roll up.
Fry or bake. To bake spray with cooking spray and place on non stick baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees til brown on all sides.
