Introduction

This is WAY better than eating from your local Chinese Place, and it's very filling for lunch or DInner. This is WAY better than eating from your local Chinese Place, and it's very filling for lunch or DInner.

Ingredients

    1/2 C Minute White Rice
    1/2 C Broccoli
    1/2 C Cauliflower

    For Sauce:
    2 TBS Brown Sugar
    2 TBS ketchup
    1 Tsp Lemon Juice

Directions

Cook your veggies according to package direction, and do the same for your minute rice. I simply boil me frozen veggies, and then drain.
Mix together the ingrediants for the sauce and microwave for 30 seconds in a microwave safe bowl. Pour the sauce over the rice and veggies and then mix! Now it's ready to eat!
