1C Long Grain Brown Rice
2 Jalapeno peppers

Directions
Rinse beans. Put into a large bowl, cover bean with water - I usually fill the bowl. Cover and let sit over night.
Next day, drain and rinse beans.
Add all beans, sliced jalapenos, and rice to slow cooker. Season to taste. Add water to top. Set cooker on low and cook 8 hours.
Serving Size: 6 half cup servings (I think)
