Introduction

Ingredients

    2C spinich
    1C cuccumber
    1 inch slice ginger root
    1 large stalk celery
    2 TBLSP flax meal
    1 TBLSP apple cider vinager

    Blend allingredients together and drink first thing inthe morning.

Tips

I added a tablespoon of Devinchie flavering that has no carbs, no fat or you can add some Splenda to take away the bitter taste.


Directions

Blend all ingredients togeter in a bullet or high powered blender.
It will be thick and yummy
