    1 pckg Lipton Onion Soup Mix (dry)
    3/4 cup water
    3 tsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    2 cups sliced or diced potato (white)
    2 medium onions
    4 medium Granny Smith Apples cut into 1/2" rings
    4 center cut pork chops (fat removed)


combine soup mix, water, sugar and spices. Miz well in shallow baking dish. Layer half potatoes, onions and apples. Layer pork chops then cover with remaining potatoes, onions and apples. pour soup mix over top.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour 30 min.
