Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium onion, sliced
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 jar garden vegetable spaghetti sauce
    1 can black beans, no salt added
    1 can dark red kidney beans, no salt added
    1 can small can red kidney beans, no salt added
    1 TBS brown sugar

Directions

Saute onionns & garlic
Add sauce & beans
Bring to boil and the turn to simmer
Add brown sugar 1 tsp at a time until desired sweetness is obtained.
Continue simmering for 1 hour or more

Serving Size: Makes 9 - 1/2 cup servings
