Ingredients

    1 fresh banana sliced
    1/4 c frozen blueberries
    1/4 c frozen strawberries
    1 cup yoplait frozen yogurt, mixed berry flavor
    1 cup fage 0% greek yogurt, plain
    2 cups milk

Tips

You can substitute low-fat or non-fat milk for the whole milk. I only buy whole milk since I have kids and can't afford to buy both.


Directions

pour 1-1/2 cups milk into blender, add fruit, blend until smooth and no large chunks of fruit remain (unless you like a chunky smoothy). Add frozen yogurt and greek yogurt blend until smooth again adding remaining 1/2 cup of milk to thin to desired consistency. Pour into glass, freeze remaining unused portion and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 4 - 8 oz or 2 - 16 oz smoothies
