Ingredients

Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia)
Onions, raw, 60 grams
Splitz Tomato Ketchup Net 500 g, 120 gram(s)
Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 2 tsp
*Garam Masala, 1 tsp
Chili powder, 1 tbsp
*Coriander seed, 1 tbsp
Turmeric, ground, 1 grams
Curry powder, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tbsp
*Cumin seed, 1 tsp
Cloves, ground, 0.5 tsp
Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Gemini refined soyabean oil Net 1 litre, 30 gram(s)
Tips
Slight excess of ginger and garlic.
Do not overcook cauliflower.
Directions
1) Seperate cauliflower into florets, wash thoroughly. Keep aside.
2) Take shallow utensil. Add oil, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, clove. Temper.
3) Add curry leaves, onions. Saute.
4) Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry.
5) Add chopped tomatoes, salt and fry till it becomes soft.
6) Add garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder. Fry.
7) Add cleaned cauliflower florets, add 1/4 cup water. Mix well. Cook covered till done.
Serving Size: makes four 1/2 cup servings
