Ingredients

    8 cups fresh spinach
    2 vine ripened tomatoes diced
    1 whole avacado peeled and diced
    1/2 cucumber diced
    20 jumbo black olives halved
    2 T. Lemon Juice
    2 T. Olive Oil
    2 T. Balsamic Vinegar
    3/4 c. feta cheese

Directions

cut veggies then place in large bowl. toss with oil. lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar. add feta. toss in spinach just before serving
