1 can cream of mushroom (98% fat free) condenced soup
2/3 cups water
2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken
4 cups baby carrots
6 cups peeled, quartered potatoes
Directions
preheat oven to 400

add soup and water to the roasting pan, stir. add vegtables, stir. Cut up the chicken into strips, place on top. Place in oven and bake for aprox. 1 1/2 hour, or until vegetables are cooked.
