    2 cans chunk light tuna
    2 T capers, drained
    1/4 minced red onion
    2 stalks celery, minced
    2 T olive oil
    t T red wine vinegar
    1/4 t garlic pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve either as salad or in a sandwich.
