    1 red onion chopped into half and sliced
    2 TBSP raw sugar
    2 TBSP Olive oil
    5 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
    half a cup of water

    1 cup of mushrooms
    1 TBSP butter

    1/2 cup of pesto
    1 piece of ready to go puff pastry
    2 Tomatoes
    1 red pepper


Caramelize the onions
Cook the mushrooms
put pesto on pastry add mushrooms onions tomatos and red pepper. Cook for about 15 minutes.
