Introduction

The best Banana muffins, no flour, oil or butter! The best Banana muffins, no flour, oil or butter!

Ingredients

    2.5 cups rolled oats
    1 cup plain greek yogurt
    3/4 cup sugar substitute
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda
    2 ripe bananas
    1/8 cup flax seeds (optional)


Directions

Heat oven to 400F

use non-stick spray, or muffin liners

Place all ingredients except oats in a food processor (or blender if need be) and mix.

Add oats a little at a time to mix.

Pour into muffin liners

cook for 15-18mins



Serving Size: Makes 12 overflowing or a baker's dozen
