Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Mix dry ingedients:
    1 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

    Add wet ingredients and mix well
    2 large Eggs, fresh, (slightly beaten)
    1/2 cup Milk
    1 tbsp *Safflower Oil, oleic, 1 tbsp
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup unsweeten Apple Sauce unsweeten
    2 small ripe Bananas mashed (about 3/4 cup)

    fill muffin cups 2/3 full spinkle 1 tsp of Truvia over all 12 muffins

Directions

I used cupcake liners and sprayed with non-stick spray

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
