Ingredients

    Soup Greens, 2 package (celery, onions, carrots, turnips, parsnips, parsley, dill, leeks, celery)
    1 zucchini
    1 summer squash
    1 butternut squash tray
    1 package of frozen spinach
    1 package of frozen corn
    1 baby bok choy
    1 tomato
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper


Tips

Garnish your soup with Parmesan/shredded cheese


Directions

Cut all vegetables in cubes (about 0.5 inches)- big enough so you can later taste them (about 0.5 inches).
Place all the vegetables on a big pot filled with cold water
Let the water boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes after that.
