Ingredients
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 14 ounces
Cauliflower, raw, 4 cup
Shrimp, raw, 12 oz
Scallops, raw, 6 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup pieces
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Salt, 3 tsp
*Hormel Bacon Bits, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 1 tsp
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Bacon grease, 2 tsp
*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Tips
This is also gluten free.
Directions
Chop cauliflower up in food processor until the pieces are "rice" sized. Cover and cook in microwave for 5 minutes stirring. DO NOT ADD ANY WATER! Remove and set aside.
Cook meats and vegetables like stir-fry-only adding all together at the end when the components are cooked. Use bacon grease or preferred oil for cooking.
in separate pan, heat sesame oil and stil fry cooked cauliflower. Create a well and cook 2 eggs in the pan, only blending into the rest of cauliflower when eggs are mostly scrambled and cooked.
Add in cooked meat and vegetables.
Add salt and Gluten free soy sauce to taste at end
