Ingredients

    Split chicken breast, bone-in, skin removed
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp light brown sugar
    2 tbsp orange juice
    5 tsp Hoisin Sauce
    1 tbsp grated or minced Ginger Root
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 tbsp water

Directions

Spray nonstick skillet w/ cooking spray, brown chicken 4 minutes each side.
Combine soy sauce & next 5 ingredients together.
Add chicken to slow cooker, pour mixture over chicken.
Cook on low for 2.5 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker & place to the side.
Strain liquid through sleeve to remove solids & add to pan. Mix cornstarch & water together & add to reserved liquid. Cook on med heat until thickened. Pour over chicken, add scallions & toasted sesame seeds if desired.
