Ingredients

    20 oz chicken breast, cubed
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup carrot, slivered
    1/2 cup zuchini, sliced
    1/2 cup summer squash, sliced
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 15 oz can baby corn

    In the bottom of a large wok, cook chicken.

    Add carrots and onions. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 min.

    Add rest of vegetables except broccoli. Stir and cover. Cook 5 Min.

    Add broccoli. Cover and Steam 5 min.

    Meanwhile Combine:

    6 oz pineapple juice
    3 T concentrated OJ
    1 T Lemon juice
    2 T soy sauce
    2T white vinegar
    2T olive oil
    1 T corn starch
    1t ground Ginger
    1T nutrese sweetener
    1t garlic powder

    in a sauce pan. Stir until corn starch is dissolved. Stir over Medium heat until sauce thickens.

    Pour sauce over vegetable mixture.
    Add 1 can pineapple chunks

    Stir well
