Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cans of beans (navy, black, pinto, kidney, or any combination, etc...)
    1 can RoTel (diced tomatoes with diced chilies)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 package taco seasoning mix
    1 package fat-free ranch dressing mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a pot, heat to boiling, then simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
