Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 250 grams
    Ground Turkey, 250 grams
    Oats, 50 grams
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, thin and choped
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (finely chopped) or puree
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet
    1 large egg

Directions

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix in thoroughly (get your hands messy). Place mixture in a cake-tin and cook for 50 mins on 250c. I always put the cake-tin on another tray to catch any fat. Serve with new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy.
Makes 8 thick slices (2 per person)
