    Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, small (4" dia)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Campbell's Tomato Soup, 8 cup
    **Imitation Crab Meat (3 pc. = 1 serving), 8 serving
    Sardines, 1 can (3.75 oz)
    Milk, 2%, 4.5 cup

Make the tomato soup with Milk as it will


Directions

chop/cube/dice and add as you get the veggies ready to the big pot. shrimp and crab go in last. Simmer over low heat for an hour (till potatos are soft)
