Ingredients
-
3x24oz jars of sauce (we like Bertolli)
6 lbs ground beef (or beef/pork combo)
3 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs (I use half of a 13oz box of Rice Chex, crushed)
1.5 cups milk
6 eggs
1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese (you can omit)
6 tbs. parsley
3 tea salt
6 tea Ital. seasoning
3 tea garlic powder
3 tea pepper
3 tea salt
Directions
Heat sauce in a large pot, set to simmer.
After rolling each 1" meatball in your hand, slip it into the sauce. (don't splash, ouch!)
Count as you go so you have a sense of how many servings you really have.
Simmer for 3 hours.
Pack into containers and freeze or store -- or eat. :D
Serving Size: Makes about 22 10-ball servings.
Number of Servings: 22
