Ingredients

    2 cups steel cut oatmeal
    4 cups water
    handful of dried cranberries
    a few chopped nuts
    2 chopped apples
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Chop apples and nuts. Add all ingredients and stir. Cook on low in crock pot overnight. Store in fridge for up to a week.

    This was Awsome!!!
    I omitted the Nuts because I am allegic. Instead of brown sugar I used Splenda, also I added 1 tbsp of Vanilla. Yummy !!!!!!
