    spaghetti squash (cooked)
    baked apple (already cooked)
    liquid egg whites
    ghee
    honey

Tips

egg whites control the consistancy. Add more if you like a loose texture and less if you like it thick.


Directions

puree cooked apple and spaghetti squash
heat over med heat in the skillet
add ghee and honey to taste
turn heat to low
slowly pour in egg whites
