Introduction

These are great to "grab & go" for a quick breakfast. Can be frozen in freezer bags for that quick get-a-way. These are great to "grab & go" for a quick breakfast. Can be frozen in freezer bags for that quick get-a-way.

Ingredients

    13 eggs
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1 cup chopped ham/meat
    3 tblsp bacon bits

Tips

-add chopped green/red peppers, or whatever you like with eggs!


Directions

Mix all ingredients, fill muffin "cups" (i use silicone muffin tray) about 2/3 full. Bake for 25-30 mins at 375 degrees.
