Ingredients

    2 large potatos
    1 large onion leaves
    3 small tomatos
    2 tablespoons yorgut
    2 bay leaves
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp coriander leaf
    1 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp Ginger Powder
    2 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

1. Dice potatos, tomatos and onions
2. Add to dutch oven pan.
3. Add seasonings and yorgut
4. Add enough water to cover.
5. Let simmer until potatos are tender.
6. Add coconut milk.
7. Let simmer for another 20 minutes.

Serving Size: 7 bowls
