Ingredients

    2 cns Pink Salmon
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 bread crumbs

Tips

Serve with either wild rice or with spaghetti squash augrautten or mashed potatoes and a green vegetable.


Directions

Take bones out of salmon. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Scoop 1/4 C mixture into your hand and form into a patty. When all the mixture is used, place 2 Tbsn Canola Oil into skillet. Fry patties in oil until brown on both sides and well heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 10 2 1/2" patties
