Ingredients

    Butter, salted, .5 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Honey, 3 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Oats, 2 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Post Grape-Nuts Cereal, 1 cup
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed

Tips

Original calls for no raisins, but this recipe includes 0.5 cup of raisins. Yum!


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add honey, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.

Add baking soda, salt, rolled oats, flour, and grape-nuts. Combine until just mixed.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto lined or greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool 2-3 minutes; remove from baking sheets. Cool completely on wire racks - Enjoy!

Serving Size: Original calls for 4.5 dozen cookies, but usually get 44 cookies.
