Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Hoisin Sauce
    2 tbps Soy Sauce
    2 tbps Cornstarch
    2 tbps Ginger (chopped)
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
    .25 tsp Cloves, ground
    2.5 lbs Boneless Pork Butt/Shoulder
    8.8 ounce package udon/soba noodles
    1 Bunch of Broccoli
    2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 Sliced Red Chili

Tips

You can also substitute rice noodles. Cook according to package instructions. Stir-fry broccoli in 1 tbsp of sesame oil for two minutes, add 1/4 cup of water and cover, steam broccoli for one minute, set the broccoli on the side and stir fry noodles.

-Left over meat could also go towards Asian influenced pulled pork sandwiches.

Directions

-In 1 4-to-6 quart slow cooker, combine the hoisin, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cloves, and 3/4 cup of water. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover and cook until the pork is very tender, on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.

-Twenty minutes before serving, cook the noodles according to the package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

-Using 2 forks, shred the meat. Add the vinegar and mix to combine. Serve the pork over the noodles with the broccoli and chilies.
