Ingredients

1 c Basmati rice (or other long grain rice)
2 c water
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 c fresh dill
Directions
Makes 3 cups of rice, enough for 4 servings.
Add water and rice to rice cooker and follow instructions or add to deep saucepan, cover with a folder towel, then place lid on saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes without stirring until the water has evaporated and you're left with steam holes that do not collapse.
Fluff rice with rice paddle, then add lemon juice and chopped, fresh dill. Stir again to combine, then serve. Great with koubideh, miso chicken or other Asian-inspired meals.
