Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz box Healthy Harvest Spiral pasta
    8 oz Light Done Right Itallian Dressing
    1 small can sliced olives
    1/4 c chopped sweet onion or purple
    1/2 c chopped bell pepper (any color)
    1/3 c black beans, cooked and rinsed
    1/2 c diced tomatoes, no juice, seeded

Directions

Boil pasta according to box instructions. Place cooked pasta in large bowl that can be sealed with a lid. Put in olives, onion, bell pepper, black beans and tomatoes. Poor dressing over top of mixture, put on lid to bowl and invert bowl a few times to mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve. (tastes best when chilled)

    I really enjoyed it. I added a few other veggies like broccoli and cauliflower. I would def. make it again - 3/28/08
