Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz. beef steak
    5 c. raw cauliflower
    5 c. raw broccoli
    3 c. raw carrot
    2 c. green beans
    4 cloves garlic
    1 med. onion
    duck sauce
    fish sauce
    sweet and sour sauce
    terriaki sauce
    1.5 c. raw celery
    2 c. pineapple

Tips

can place over rice or rice noodles. i prefer just plain old rice personally!


Directions

1. cook beef unitl half done
2. cook with beef: broccoli stems, cauliflower stems, carrots, green beans, garlic, onion until almost done
3. stir in broccoli and caulifower tops and finish cooking
4. mix in sauces to your liking. (i like mine sweeter so i use more terriaki and sweet and sour!)
