Ingredients

1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Medium Onion
1.5 lb of Beef Round Steak cut into slices
2 tsp Cumin
Dash Crushed Red Pepper
Dash Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
I like to use Tumaros gourmet tortillas salsa flavored to wrap my fajita mix in....
We also used Pam's organic olive oil spray instead of oil
Directions
Chop onion into pieces
Slice red and green peppers into strips
Trim beef and cut into fajita sized strips
Mix spices in a small bowl.
Take beef and oil spray and heat in non stick skillet or wok.
Add spices and stir beef.
After beef browns add green and red pepper.
Stir occasionally and after 5 minutes add onion. When veggies are done serve on tortillas.
For a nice addition serve with Old elpaso non fat spicy beans and knorr southwestern rice.
Makes 4 servings.
