Introduction

Ingredients

    1 (8.5 oz.) package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    1 (4 oz.-can) diced green chilies, undrained
    1/3-cup cream-style corn
    1/3-cup Braum’s skim milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place 9 muffin liners in a muffin tin. Spray with cooking oil.
3. Combine all ingredients.
4. Spoon the mixed ingredients into each lined muffin cup.
5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.

Serving Size: Makes 9 conrbread muffins
