Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    1 cup milk
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 diced green pepper
    1 diced small tomato
    1 cup diced ham
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 package Ore-Ida tater tots

Directions

Beat eggs. Add all ingredients except the tater tots. Grease a 9x13 and line bottom with a layer of tater tots. Pour egg mixture on top and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.
